Who this policy is from

This policy describes how Nazemoff & Co.(“we,” “us,” or “our agency”) handles information you share with us through nazemoffco.com. Our office is at 900 Airport Rd, STE 2, West Chester, PA 19380. Questions go to knazemoff@allstate.com.

What we collect

Two main buckets — what you give us, and what your browser shares automatically as you use the site.

• Contact and quote-request informationyou submit through our forms — typically your name, email, phone, ZIP code, the coverage type you're interested in, and any notes you add.
• Chat messagesyou send to our website AI assistant. We use these in real time to generate a response; we don't use them to train any model.
• Analytics data collected by Google Analytics — pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (city level, derived from IP), the device and browser you use, and how you got to our site.
• Server logs from our hosting provider, used to diagnose problems and protect against abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests, contact-form messages, and chat questions.
• To follow up by phone, email, or text when you've asked us to.
• To improve the site based on which pages people actually read.
• To protect the site from abuse, spam, and fraud.
• To comply with insurance, accounting, and tax recordkeeping requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't use it for third-party advertising, and we don't share it with anyone outside the agency except as needed to do business with you (described below).

Third-party services we use

Running this site means working with a small number of vendors who see limited slices of your data:

• Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Google Analytics (GA4) measures site usage. GA4 uses cookies and may set identifiers tied to your browser. You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by using your browser's tracking-protection setting.
• OpenAIprocesses messages you send through the website chat assistant to generate replies. Per OpenAI's API terms, those messages are not used to train models.
• Resend delivers quote-form submissions to our office inbox via email.
• Allstate Insurance Companyreceives application and policy information for any personal-lines coverage we write on your behalf, per Allstate's own privacy practices.
• For commercial and life coverage, the carrier you choose receives the information needed to underwrite and issue your policy.

Cookies

We use cookies (small text files stored by your browser) for essential site functions and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies won't break the site.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete information that's no longer needed
• Opt out of certain uses of your information

To make any of these requests, email us at knazemoff@allstate.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Data retention

We keep quote-request information for as long as needed to follow up and, where you become a client, for as long as required by insurance, accounting, and tax recordkeeping rules. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently up to 14 months).

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email knazemoff@allstate.com and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
